Yujie Xia

Yujie Xia has a diverse work experience. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Student at the National Engineering Lab for TFT-LCD Materials & Technologies and the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Optical Communication Systems and Networks. From 2016 to 2022, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher, Teaching Assistant, and Photonic Systems Engineer at the University of California, Santa Barbara and Quintessent Inc., respectively.

Yujie Xia began their educational journey in 2012 when they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2014, they completed a Summer Session at the University of California, Los Angeles in General Studies. Yujie then continued their studies at UC Santa Barbara, where they are currently pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
