Justin Mills serves as the CEO of Quintessential since November 2024, following a position as Head of Retail at Holdfast/Parkstone Funds Management from August 2023 to November 2024. Previously, Justin held multiple leadership roles at Vicinity Centres from June 2015 to May 2023, including Chief Innovation & Information Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, where responsibilities included driving enterprise strategy development and managing a team of 130 professionals across various functions. Justin’s extensive career in the property sector spans over 20 years, featuring notable positions such as Executive General Manager of Shopping Centres at Vicinity, General Manager of Shopping Centre Management & Strategy at Novion Property Group, and roles at Colonial First State Global Asset Management and Gandel Retail Management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business from RMIT University, a Master's degree in Leadership and Strategy from RMIT University, as well as executive education from Mt Eliza Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
