Kathleen Quinton, owner of Quintessential Coaching in Marlborough MA, is a certified Life Coach and Author dedicated to helping clients gain the tools they need to design a framework for well-being, fulfillment, and success. Each client’s success is defined on his or her own terms.  

Kathy grew up an intensely curious child.  Her passion has always been to live a steadily more enriching life.  She spent 25 years in the hospitality industry.  She has exemplified her leadership skills over the years serving on numerous boards and committees.  This work history and understanding of the connection between personal and professional development are the basis of her current coaching practice. 

With Kathy’s help and expertise, her client’s pinpoint obstacles that may have previously blocked them from their desired success. Clients work closely with Kathy to discover the strengths that will open them up to reach their full potential.  As a coach, Kathy focuses on a client’s present place in life and guides them towards action steps to achieve their goals.

While Kathy’s coaching practice is based in New England, she does utilize telephone and online video conferencing to extend her reach.  She is available for coaching services nationally.

Kathy’s first published book, “Question Your Thoughts, Empower Your Life,” helps readers to shift their thinking to achieve clarity and empowerment on their path to achieving a fulfilled life.
