Benoit Delbecq

Benoit Delbecq, CFA, FRM, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in Asset and Liabilities Management (ALM) and performance management within the banking sector. Since December 2012, Benoit has held key positions at Quintet Private Bank, serving as Group Head of ALM and Head of Group Performance Management, where responsibilities include managing a €4 billion investment portfolio, overseeing balance sheet structures totaling €12 billion, and coordinating with various teams to enhance financial reporting and resource optimization. Prior roles include providing institutional support at Kredietrust Luxembourg and leading the Organisation & IT department at KBL Richelieu. Benoit has a strong foundation in project management and implementation, demonstrated during roles at KBL European Private Bankers, and began a career in finance as a portfolio manager assistant at Banque Scalbert Dupont. Benoit holds a Master’s degree in Market Finance from IESEG School of Management.
