Xavier'smost recent role was at John Deere Bank, where they served as a Lead Senior Financial Analyst, overseeing financial analysis for the European operations. Currently, Xavier works at Quintet Private Bank as an FP&A COO at the Group Headquarters.
Xavier Sanagustín completed their Bachelor's degree in Economy from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2009. Xavier then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same university, completing it in 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from UPF Barcelona School of Management in collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers between 2010 and 2012. In 2017, they enrolled for Level 1 at the CFA Institute.
