Karuna Ganglani

Karuna Ganglani has over 16 years of work experience in finance and analysis roles. Karuna is currently working as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at QuintEvents since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager, Corporate FP&A at XPO Logistics, Inc. from March 2018 to March 2023. From December 2011 to March 2018, Karuna worked at Ingersoll Rand where they held the position of Senior Financial Analyst in both the sector and corporate FP&A departments. Karuna also has previous experience as a Senior Analyst at Red Ventures in 2011. Before that, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at KLA-Tencor from February 2007 to April 2011, where they were responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and analyzing costs and expenses. Karuna also tracked spend and progress of R&D programs and used financial metrics to determine their profitability. Karuna started their career as a Finance/Global Business Planning Intern at Applied Materials from September 2005 to December 2006, where they consolidated and analyzed bookings and revenue forecasts and performed variance analysis. Karuna also gained experience as a Summer Intern in Investment Banking at The Shemano Group in 2006, conducting detailed research analysis and prospecting potential customers.
