Chao Hou

Chao Hou is an experienced business executive currently serving as Regional General Manager at Quintis Sandalwood since December 2022, where responsibilities include developing business strategy in China and leading a team focused on business success. Previously, Chao held the position of Commercial Director at AGRANA Group from May 2017 to December 2022, driving commercial excellence, overseeing P&L growth, and leading business diversification strategies. Chao's career also includes roles at Novozymes, where Chao managed key accounts and sales in the APAC region. Chao holds an MBA from both Peking University and Vlerick Business School, as well as a bachelor's degree in economics from Hebei University of Economics and Business.
