Débora MacHado

Débora Machado is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Business Partner Manager at QuintoAndar since January 2021, focusing on the LatAm Finance, Commercial, and Rede teams. Throughout the career at QuintoAndar, Débora has held various roles, including Senior Business Partner Specialist and Business Partner Specialist, where responsibilities included leadership development, organizational change management, and integration of teams from acquired companies. Prior to QuintoAndar, Débora worked as a recruiter for The HEINEKEN Company and Raízen, and began the career as an HR Intern at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories.
