Rogerio Haruo Adachi

Rogerio Haruo Adachi is an experienced engineering professional with a background in software development and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at QuintoAndar since August 2021, Rogerio has previously held positions such as Engineering Coordinator and Lead Software Development Engineer at PayGo Pagamentos, where responsibilities included aligning engineering efforts with business goals and implementing continuous improvement processes. Prior to this, Rogerio worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer, focusing on architectural solutions for card transactions.
