Brian Li

Brian Li currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Quip Medical and is also a Machine Learning Developer at Deep Breathe. With a background in machine learning and computer vision, Brian has engaged in advanced projects involving the application of self-supervised learning methods for lung ultrasound images and the development of neural networks for video classification. Previous experience includes data science and deep learning roles at Capital One, DarwinAI, and internships at the University of Waterloo, where Brian developed skills in anomaly detection, feature engineering, and object detection. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Systems Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
