Claire Johnson

Claire Johnson's work experience includes roles at Quip, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, UC San Diego, and Boeing. From 2018 onwards, they worked as a Staff Infrastructure Engineer at Quip, where they led incident response during outages and investigated and mitigated various production issues. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Natural Gas Pipeline Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. From 2012 to 2014, they held writing tutor and residential advisor roles at UC San Diego. In 2014, they also worked briefly as a Propulsion Engineer at Boeing.

Claire Johnson attended UC San Diego from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. In April 2015, they also earned the certification of Engineer in Training. Continuing their education, they went on to Stanford University in 2015 and completed a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Management in 2016. In 2017, Claire attended Hack Reactor for a brief period, studying Computer Software Engineering.
