Monica Vasile

Monica Vasile has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in marketing, communication, and project management. Monica currently serves as the Head of Marketing and Communication at Quipu GmbH, where they oversee promotional initiatives, project timelines, and workflow among teams. Prior to this, they held the position of Project Manager - Marcom at Quipu, where they were responsible for coordinating digital channels and ensuring efficient workflow. Monica also worked as a PR Specialist at Quipu, managing communication platforms and executing marketing campaigns. Before joining Quipu, Monica served as the PR & Marketing Manager at Innobyte, where they developed communication strategies and implemented marketing campaigns. Monica also worked as a Marketing Specialist at BCR's Distressed Assets Management Division, coordinating marketing campaigns for real estate projects. Monica began their career as a PR Specialist at ProCredit Bank, where they handled corporate communication and public relations. Monica also served as a Procurement Officer and Office Manager during their tenure at ProCredit Bank. Prior to joining the banking sector, Monica worked as an Office Manager at TUDOR ESTATES, where they handled office management activities and provided client service.

Monica Vasile holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations from Comunicare si Relatii Publice, Universitatea Bucuresti. Monica also obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București. In addition, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, with a specialization in Psychology and Educational Studies.

Furthermore, Monica has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Monica completed the "Dan Ariely on Making Decisions" certification through LinkedIn in February 2022. In January 2022, they became a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) accredited by the Digital Marketing Institute. Additionally, they completed the "Disrupting Yourself" and "Project Management Foundations" certifications through LinkedIn in November 2020. Lastly, Monica obtained a certification as a Personal Development Counsellor from the Ministerul Educației Naționale in August 2019.
