Mercedes Bidart worked for five years in the Cities Program of a Latin American Think Tank (CIPPEC) where she did research and knowledge exchange among local governments. She was a Policy Analyst for New Economy Initiatives at NYC Mayor's Office of Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises.
