Santiago Arcila Naranjo is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Quipu Bank, where Santiago leads the growth and revenue initiatives by utilizing non-financial data to assess risk and predict defaults for informal micro-businesses. Prior to their current role, Santiago worked as a Growth Manager at Movet Colombia, where Santiago implemented various strategies to increase subscriptions and sales. As the CEO and Co-Founder of WE ARE ALUMNI, Santiago successfully designed a business model and secured funding. Santiago also has experience as a Gerente Comercial y Mercadeo at Uniandinos and as a Gerente Estrategia Banca de Empresas at Itaú (HELM BANK). Santiago is well-educated with a Master's in Social Innovation and degrees in Market Intelligence and Marketing from prestigious universities.
