Karen Bowman

Karen Bowman currently serves as the Sr. Director of Channel Development at Quiq, an AI-driven customer experience platform, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Karen was the VP of Channel and Alliances at Level AI from August 2022 to May 2025, focusing on enhancing customer experience through a blend of human and machine intelligence. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Channels at UJET, a leader in cloud contact center software, from September 2020 to August 2022, and as Sr. Director of Channel Sales at Five9 from September 2016 to September 2020. Karen has also held leadership positions at Serenova, BDNA Corporation, Insight, Panasas, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Peoplesoft. Educational credentials include an AA Degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Diablo Valley College and studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
