Barbara Aguila

Barbara Aguila has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Barbara started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Florida State University in May 2015, where they worked until April 2016. Following this, they joined Rob Lambdin's University Mitsubishi as a Human Resources Assistant from July 2016 to September 2017. In October 2017, Barbara joined Quirch Foods and held multiple roles including Senior Human Resources Manager, Benefits Manager, Benefits Specialist, and Recruiter. Barbara is currently still employed at Quirch Foods.

Barbara Aguila's education history includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Florida International University - College of Business, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016.
