Guillermo Hernandez has a diverse work experience in software development and technical consulting. Guillermo started their career in 2001 as a Software Developer at Borschow Hospital & Medical Supplies, Inc., where they were a member of the development team for Tele-Pharma, a software used by pharmacies and hospitals for order placement and inventory management. Guillermo also designed and implemented an ordering system for pharmacies using a PDA device with a barcode reader.

From 2002 to 2006, Guillermo worked as a Technical Consultant at RSM ROC & Company. In this role, they worked with various clients and was responsible for designing and developing websites using Asp.Net, JS, SQL, and Visual SourceSafe.

In 2006, Guillermo joined GFR Media as a Senior Software Developer. During their time there, they worked on projects for different companies under GFR Media. Guillermo was part of the team responsible for the analysis, design, development, and support of the company's web application for sales, marketing, and customer service. Their work involved order placement, file workflow, product publication, contract management, client invoicing, and payment. Guillermo utilized MVC, C#, JQuery, Ajax, SQL Server, Reporting Services, Entity Framework, Subversion Version Control, and Scrum Methodology.

Since 2015, Guillermo has been working at Quirch Foods as a Senior Software Developer. Their main responsibility is building the logistics module, which manages the movement of products from suppliers to clients. The system also covers other areas in the company, such as order placing, contract management, and product distribution.

Guillermo Hernandez obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Guillermo pursued this degree from 1994 to 2000.
