Jean Claude Echevarria has a diverse work experience in the field of network and system engineering. Jean Claude started working at the Electric Power Company Headquarters in 2007 as a Telecommunication and IT Technician, where they handled the installation and administration of PBX systems and LAN networks.
In 2010, Jean joined ETECSA as a NOC Network Support, responsible for network design, provisioning, installation, and management. Jean Claude also performed physical network maintenance on Cisco routers and switches.

Currently, Jean is employed at Quirch Foods as a Network System Engineer. Jean Claude'sresponsibilities include maintaining seamless communication between multiple sites, configuring and troubleshooting network infrastructure, deploying wireless access points, implementing network monitoring tools, and documenting systems.
Jean Claude Echevarria completed their education in a chronological order. From 1997 to 2001, they attended Eduardo Garcia Delgado where they obtained a Technician degree in Electronics. Following this, from 2001 to 2007, they attended CUJAE in Havana, Cuba and earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Networks.
In addition to their formal education, Echevarria also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they received the A+ and Network+ certifications from CompTIA. In 2015, they earned the CCNA Routing and Switching certification from Cisco. The following year, in 2016, they obtained the MCSA: Windows Server 2012 certification from Microsoft, and in 2015, they received the MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional certification also from Microsoft.
