Monica Lewis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Monica started their career as a Cake Decorator at Publix Bakery in 2001 and then worked as a Pastry Chef at Little European Bakery from 2003 to 2005. Monica then transitioned to Resurgens Orthopaedics, where they served as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative from 2005 to 2012. In 2012, Monica became a Pastry Chef and Owner at Mrs Bombom,LLC until 2015. Monica then joined Diaz Foods as a Food Service Account Manager from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Monica is a Sales Manager Account Executive at Quirch Foods.
Monica Lewis pursued their education by earning a Medical Interpreter and Translation Certificate in Foreign Language from Kennesaw State University. This occurred during the span of 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, Monica attended Barreira Roxa Hospitality School where they obtained a degree in Hospitality Management with a field of study in Hospitality Administration/Management.
