Yesica Morales

Yesica Morales has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Yesica started their career as a Professional Development Analyst IV at KPMG, where they researched and developed proposals for Cultural Exchange within the firm. Yesica also managed the SAP database for employee training and development.

After their role at KPMG, Yesica worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Publicis de Venezuela, where they were responsible for payroll controls, benefits planning, and training plan registration.

Following their time at Publicis de Venezuela, Yesica joined Evenseg as a Development Manager, leading the recruitment and selection process for management positions. Yesica also worked as a Learning Lead at Evenseg, designing training programs and workshops for new employees and high-level clients.

Before their current role, Yesica was an Administrative Assistant at South Florida Associates, Inc., where they arranged staff meetings, scheduled appointments, and handled various administrative tasks.

Currently, Yesica is a Sales Support Associate (Export) at Quirch Foods, managing a multinational customer base and assisting with existing and new orders.
