Scott Meriwether

Scott Meriwether is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Quisitive. Prior to this, they served as the COO of i3 Verticals from April 2014 to February 2022. In this role, they oversaw enterprise people/headcount planning and strategies, was the primary contact for i3 contracts and vendor relationships, and directed internal-use software strategies and relationships. Scott also directed oversight of the Merchant Accounting and Residuals department and Murfreesboro operating center, with a significant focus on product strategy (cross-platform, SaaS and licensing models).

From April 2007 to November 2010, Meriwether served as Assistant Treasurer at iPayment, Inc., where they managed internal and external (SEC) reporting processes; was responsible for cash and debt management; directed corporate tax compliance activities; had significant FP&A responsibilities; served as bank liason; was involved in M&A activity; and was controller of one corporate subsidiary and 401(k) plan administrator.

Prior to iPayment, Inc., Meriwether worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2004 to December 2007 as a Senior Associate / Associate.

After iPayment, Inc., Meriwether served as VP Finance at Metro Medical Supply, Inc. from December 2010 to April 2014.

Scott Meriwether attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where they were a College Scholar, studying accounting, Spanish, and international relations.

Scott Meriwether reports to Mike Reinhart, CEO. They work with Lane Sorgen - SVP, Global Business Applications, Tim Knight - Principal, and Tom Williamson - Principal.
