Melissa Paulk

Melissa Paulk, JD, LLM, CIPM, serves as the Director of Data Privacy and Security Solutions at QuisLex since May 2021, where responsibilities include co-leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive privacy program and managing a team of privacy professionals. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as a Senior Attorney at Capital One, where guidance was provided on privacy-related contractual issues and complex technology transactions. Melissa began their legal career as a Commercial Lawyer at Bank of America, where contract negotiations and compliance audits were conducted. Academically, Melissa holds an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University, a J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia, and a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
