Ian Edmundson

Ian Edmundson is the current CFO at Quit Genius. Ian has over twenty years of experience in finance and corporate development, including serving as interim CFO for companies in enterprise software, digital media, data storage, and mobile. Ian has completed transactions while serving as CFO, including Host Analytics, Inc. (acquired by Vector Capital), Transera Communications, Inc. (acquired by Broadsoft), Mobile Cannon, Inc. (acquired by Velti), readMedia, Inc., and VHT, Inc. (acquired by Matterport).

Edmundson began their career as an analyst at Dun & Bradstreet in 1994. Ian then became a manager at NBC Interactive in 1997 before moving to Openwave Systems, Inc. as senior manager of corporate development in 2002. In 2007, they became managing director at Hidden River, LLC where they served clients including Host Analytics, Inc., Transera Communications, Inc., Mobile Cannon, Inc., readMedia, Inc., and VHT, Inc. as their interim CFO. In 2012, Edmundson left Hidden River to become the CFO at Quit Genius, where they remain today.

Ian Edmundson has a MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Sociology from Bates College.
