Head of Food at Quitoque

Marie Testud has a strong background in the food industry, with their most recent role being the Head of Food at Quitoque since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Chef de projet produit culinaire at Quitoque from May 2021 to March 2023. Marie also co-founded Apero Mosaik in 2017, a platform specializing in finger food and aperitifs. In this role, they were responsible for managing operations, sourcing ingredients, stock management, recipe development, and social media content creation. Before entering the food industry, Marie worked at Citae as a Responsable de Groupe from January 2014 to July 2016 and as a Responsable de missions Energie from February 2011 to December 2013. Marie started their career as an Ingenieur efficacite energetique at Bureau Veritas in April 2010.

Marie Testud completed their education in two different institutions. From 2005 to 2010, they attended HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Energy. In 2014-2015, they attended Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and earned a Mastère Spécialisé in BIM (Building Information Modeling) with a specialization in Integrated Design and Lifecycle of Buildings and Infrastructure.
