Dr. Katie Ann Wilson

Dr. Katie Ann Wilson has worked in the education field since 2004, when they began their career as a teacher at Liberal USD 480. In 2008, they moved to Pratt USD 382 in the same capacity. In 2015, they began working as a Senior Consultant for Augmented Reality for Education, as well as a Consultant for Educational Technology. Additionally, they became a Contributor for Education-Articles.com and a Lead AR Educator for QuiverVision. In 2018, they joined USD 443 as an 8th Grade Computer Application Teacher.

Dr. Katie Ann Wilson has an extensive education history. Dr. Katie Ann obtained a High School Diploma from McPherson High School between 1990 and 1994. Dr. Katie Ann then attended Kansas State University and obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching between 1999 and 2002. Following this, they obtained a Master's of Science degree specializing in Classroom Technology from Kansas State University between 2002 and 2005. Most recently, they obtained a Doctorate of Education - EdD from Capella University between 2016 and 2021, specializing in Teacher Leader in Digital Transformation. In addition, they hold four certifications: Certified Edmodo Trainer, Certified Google Educator, SimpleK12 Ambassador, and SymbalooEDU Certified Trainer.
