Jan Geboers

Jan Geboers has held various roles in the IT industry since 2007. Jan was a Systems expert UNIX & Storage at KBC from 2007 to 2008, a Development Teamleader and Python Developer at Cegeka from 2008 to 2016, an IT Development Teamleader at StepStone from 2016 to 2017, a Principal Consultant at Devoteam from 2017 to present, and most recently a Lead Python Developer at Quividi from 2017 to present.

Jan Geboers completed their high school studies at Sint-Jozefscollege, Lommel in 2002, earning an ASO Economie-Wiskunde degree. Jan then went on to Thomas More University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 2005. Jan continued their studies at UHasselt, where they earned a Master's degree in Computer Science in 2007. Additionally, Jan Geboers has obtained several certifications, including ITILv3 Life Cycle Module: Service Transition (JC Academy / EXIN, 2011), Certified ScrumMaster (ScrumAlliance, 2011), ITILv3 Life Cycle Module: Service Operation (JC Academy / EXIN, 2011), ITILv3 Foundation (JC Academy / EXIN, 2010), Prince2 Foundation (JC Academy / Amelior, 2010), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) (Red Hat, 2017), and Prince2 Practitioner (JC Academy / Amelior, 2011).
