Michael Rosam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Michael is currently the Founder and CEO of Quix since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at McLaren Applied Technologies as the Head of Business Innovation from July 2017 to March 2020. Michael also worked at McLaren Automotive Ltd, where they held various roles including Technology Strategy & Innovation from August 2016 to August 2017, Manager of Collaborative R&D Programmes from January 2016 to August 2017, and Programme Manager from February 2015 to January 2016.
Before joining McLaren, Michael worked at MASOR Ltd as a Consultant - Project Leader, responsible for the technical and financial delivery of cabin development on the T5000 tractor program from February 2012 to February 2015. Michael also founded FluidCar, an international car share start-up, and handled all aspects of the business from August 2013 to October 2014.
Additionally, Michael worked at Ford Motor Company as a Project Engineer from July 2011 to February 2012, and at CNH as a Project Engineer - Cabin & External Trim Competence Centre from September 2009 to July 2011. Michael also worked as a Senior Design Engineer and Component Design Engineer at CNH, delivering interior component solutions and working on cabin interior style and colour re-fresh projects.
Michael's early career includes a role as a Design Engineer - Machine Tools at Albon Engineering Ltd., where they were involved in detailed design and release of machine tool and transfer components used in the manufacture of connecting rods for automotive engines.

Michael Rosam completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Imperial College Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they attended the University of Northampton from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Engineering. In January 2017, Michael also obtained an additional certification in MBA from Imperial College Business School.
