Laura Penín Antón

Laura Penín Antón has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and talent management. Laura started their career in 2006 at Hildebrando, where they were responsible for talent attraction and recruitment strategies. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Head Hunter-IT Talent Solutions as an HR Specialist, providing personalized attention to clients and candidates. Laura then joined TEKNEI S.A. DE C.V. as a IT Consultant, focusing on system consulting and talent development. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at BEAGLE HCS (HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTIONS) as a Talent Acquisition specialist, offering recruitment services in the ERP, CRM, and BI market. Laura then joined K2 Partnering Solutions in 2014 as a Sr Business Development professional, specializing in technology staffing solutions. In 2018, they joined Calibre 360 Consulting as a Certified ScrumMaster and Salesforce Certified Professional, providing digital infrastructure development and consultancy services. Most recently, Laura became a Co-founder and Partner at Quixotic 360 in 2020, where they developed a unique SaaS solution for energy retailers to automate communication with distribution companies.

Laura Penín Antón has a diverse education history. In 1998 to 2002, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they obtained a degree in Psychology. In 2004 to 2005, they pursued further specialization in Psicoterapia at Universidad de Alcalá. Additionally, in 2018, they completed a course in Design Thinking for Digital Business Innovation at EDIT. España and another course on the Nuevo Reglamento Europeo de Protección de Datos (RGPD-GDPR) AF 19 GR 002 at Aula-Center. In 2023, Laura is expected to complete a Master's degree in Empresarias Líderes 360 at Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid.

Moreover, Laura also holds several additional certifications. Laura obtained the User Stories Foundations Certificate (USFC) from CertiProf in September 2020. In July 2020, they earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce. In May 2023, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Associate certification. In April 2019, they obtained the Salesforce Pardot Specialist Certified certification. Lastly, in October 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance.
