Don Ingal

Don Ingal currently serves as the Head of Client Experience at Quizrr, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Don held the role of Global Head of Customer Success and Experience at X Shore, where responsibilities included leading the creation and execution of customer success strategies for a manufacturer of electric boats. Don's career also includes significant experience at Voi Technology as Head of User Support Operations and at Uber in various roles, including Greenlight Operations Manager and Community Operations Manager for the APAC region. The professional background includes business development and operational management roles at Tourch Co., Shell, and L'Oréal. Don holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, obtained in 2009.
