Tina Mandeya Nleya, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tina is currently the Director of Corporate Affairs at Qulliq Energy Corporation. In their previous role with the Government of Nunavut, they served as the Acting Director of Tourism & Cultural Industries, where they provided leadership and strategic direction for the development of Nunavut's tourism and cultural industries. Tina also held the position of Manager, Marketing (Tourism) and Chief of Protocol during their tenure with the Government of Nunavut. Prior to that, Tina worked as a Senior Strategist at OMD and as an Account Manager at PHD Media. Tina started their career as an Assistant Planner at Mindshare Canada. Overall, Tina has demonstrated expertise in corporate affairs, tourism and cultural industry development, marketing, communications, and media planning.

Tina Mandeya Nleya pursued their education at the University of Fredericton from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained an MBA degree in Social Enterprise & Systems Integration (Systems Thinking). Tina'sfield of study during this time was focused on Social Enterprise and Systems Thinking. Prior to their time at the University of Fredericton, Tina attended the Institute of Communications & Advertising from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a CAAP degree in Communications in Advertising.
