Currently, BOURDON serves as Co-Founder of Pitch in Motion, focusing on fostering leadership through endurance sports, and as an AI Partner at kayro.ai, where strategic AI implementation roadmaps are developed. BOURDON also acts as a Sparring Partner for tech entrepreneurs at Sidekicks and is a dedicated member of The Galion Project and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, emphasizing wellness in insurance risk assessment. Previous roles include Founder & CEO of a Stealth Startup aimed at improving workplace wellness and Co-Founder of Qumata, which revolutionized health underwriting.
