Alicia Flatt has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alicia started their career as an Intl. Account Rep. at DHL/Airborne Express in 2002. In 2004, they worked as a Network Administrator at Greenpoint Technologies. Alicia then transitioned to Greenpoint Technologies as an Assistant Program Manager from 2006 to 2012, also serving as a Change Board Manager from 2005 to 2006. In 2012, Alicia joined F5 Networks as a Project Manager, where they successfully accomplished root cause analysis and facilitated team workshops, managed projects related to Salesforce and territory business rules, and directed the development of various initiatives. After F5 Networks, Alicia joined Qumulo in 2015 as a Hardware Project Manager in Product Development. Alicia later advanced to Sr. Program Manager and Sr. Manager of Customer Success, before becoming the Director of Customer Success Operations in 2023.
Alicia Flatt obtained a B.S. in Computing and Software Systems from the University of Washington, which they attended from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they hold the certifications of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in December 2018, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, obtained in May 2010.
