Silvia Cacciamatta is a service designer and innovation leader with over 10 years of experience in the field. Silvia is currently the managing partner and innovation leader of the Business Innovation Division at quo·d, an international design consultancy firm. Silvia has also worked as a freelance service designer and UX design lead for Clarity International, a leading provider of user experience research and consulting services.
Cacciamatta’s previous experience includes working as a service designer and research fellow at the Politecnico di Milano, where they collaborated on research and co-design projects aimed at developing innovative services for mental health. Silvia has also served as a visiting lecturer at the Master Service Design program at the Politecnico di Milano, and as a workshop facilitator for Dire Mangiare Progettare, a leading Italian design agency.
Cacciamatta is a graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, where they earned their Master’s degree in Service Design & Innovation. Silvia is fluent in Italian and English.
Silvia Cacciamatta has a Master's degree in Service Design from POLI.design - Consorzio del Politecnico di Milano, which they obtained in 2015. Silvia also has a Master's degree in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano, which they obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the same school, which they obtained in 2009. In 2008, they spent a semester studying Interior and Multimedia Design at Fachhochschule Hannover as part of an exchange program.
