Marco Riccardi

Marco Riccardi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Marco is the CEO and Founder of QuoIntelligence since March 2020. Prior to that, Marco served as the Head of Intelligence Operations at QuoScient GmbH from June 2017 to March 2020.

Before joining QuoScient, Marco worked as a Threat Intelligence Analyst and Forensics & Incident Response Specialist at Deutsche Bank from May 2015 to August 2017. Marco also has experience as a self-employed Freelancer offering advisory services in information security, incident response, threat intelligence, and security data visualization from April 2015 to June 2017.

Additionally, they worked as an IT Security Consultant at the European Central Bank from January 2013 to May 2015 and as a Security Researcher at Barcelona Digital Technology Centre (BDigital) from February 2010 to January 2013.

Marco's earlier experiences include working as an Information Security Specialist at Asnodim from July 2007 to January 2010, a System Operator at Emerge Spa from January 2007 to July 2007, and an IT Operator at the Italian Ministry of Defence - National Armaments Directorate from December 2005 to December 2006.

Marco Riccardi has a strong educational background in the field of Cyber Intelligence and Information Security. Marco attended Utica University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Cyber Intelligence with a focus on Economic Crime and Justice Studies. Prior to that, Marco studied at the Università degli Studi di Milano from 2005 to 2008, earning a degree in Systems and Networks Security with a specialization in Information Technologies and Information Security.

In addition to their formal education, Marco has also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they became a GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA) through the SANS Institute. Marco had previously obtained the GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) certification from the same institution in 2014. Moreover, in 2010, Marco obtained the CISSP certification from (ISC)². These certifications further demonstrate their expertise and dedication in the field of Cyber Intelligence and Information Security.
