Odin Rodríguez Lago has extensive work experience in the field of technology and security. Odin currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at QuoIntelligence since March 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as an Enterprise Security Architect Consultant at the European Commission from June 2017 to March 2020.
In 2017, Odin also worked as a Data Analyst & Security Architect for a private company, Partners Rodriguez de Paz, where they designed and implemented a Proof of Concept based on R and machine learning algorithms to detect fraudulent behavior.
Previously, Odin served as a Security Architect Consultant at the European Patent Office for a brief period from September 2016 to December 2016. Odin also worked as a PKI Security Architect Consultant at the Council of the European Union during the same time frame.
From 2010 to 2016, Odin worked at the European Central Bank, where they served as an IT Security Team Leader Consultant from June 2012 to June 2016, and as an IT Security Consultant from June 2010 to June 2012. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Principal Architect at Humantech Consulting.
Odin started their career as a JEE Developer at Andago from January 2004 to February 2007.
Odin Rodríguez Lago began their education in 2001 when they attended Universidad de Alcalá. Odin studied Software Engineering there and completed their degree in 2005. Their field of study focused on Computer and Information Sciences, in general.
After a gap of a few years, in 2009, Odin enrolled at Universidad Europea. Odin pursued a degree in Ms Security and completed it in 2010. This degree specialized in IT Security.
In 2017, Odin decided to further their education and attended UNIR - La Universidad en Internet. Odin obtained a Master's degree in Visual Analytics & Big Data in 2019.
Apart from their formal education, Odin also obtained various certifications. In 2013, they earned the TOGAF 9 certification from the Open Group. Additionally, they obtained the SABSA SCPA [Security Architecture Design] certification from the SABSA Institute in the same year. In 2011, Odin received the Information Security Foundation certification, based on ISO/IEC 27002, from EXIN.
