Joel Morris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inventory management and demand planning. Currently serving as the Director of Inventory Management at Quoizel and the Director of Demand Planning at NBG Home, Joel has demonstrated a strategic mindset and strong operational acumen by revolutionizing company operations through effective demand planning processes. Previously, as the Director of Demand Planning & Store Replenishment for Yankee Candle at Newell Brands, Joel led teams managing $750M in product demand while driving operational excellence through cross-functional partnerships. Earlier roles include significant contributions to The Yankee Candle Company and a progressive career in retail management, starting as a Senior Store Manager at Corning Revere Factory Stores.
