Bill Nguyen has seven years of professional work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at Kryptowire, where they developed software to detect vulnerabilities in mobile application software as outlined in National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) security standards. Bill also researched emerging trends in mobile application security, malware, and mobile application security testing tools. In 2019, they were an Operational Risk Intern at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and an Investigator Intern at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. In 2018, they were an IT Consultant at the Office of Technology at Illinois Institute of Technology. In 2017, they were a Technical Consultant at VT IT Support 4Help and a Mathematics Tutor at Shawsville Middle School. Bill began their professional career in 2013 as a Mathematics Tutor at Saint Anthony's High School.
