Collin Overbay

Collin Overbay is the Co-Founder and Chief AI Agent Officer at Quome. They bring over a decade of experience in full-stack web application development and applied machine learning in search and recommendations, with skills in Python, JavaScript (Node, React, Typescript), Java (Spring), Langchain, Langgraph, and familiarity with Go, C++, C#, Kafka, and Kubernetes. They previously worked as a Software Engineer at Cloudastructure (2017), building a computer vision component and face recognition features for security and access control. They also held multiple roles at Indeed, including Senior Software Engineer (2022–2023), focusing on AI vector search infrastructure and ML-driven job matching and recommendations, as well as ad marketplace optimization. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Physics from Seattle University in 2016.
