Kristin Sadler

Kristin Sadler joined Quona Capital in 2018 as a Platform Associate and was promoted to Manager, Platform & Impact for the firm in September 2021.

Kristin leads portfolio services at Quona, leveraging Quona's team, global portfolio and networks to add value to the firm's community of CEOs and leaders. Kristin also leads Quona’s impact workstream, driving new initiatives and ensuring that Quona’s impact measurement is both integrated into the firm's investment process and analysis and is aligned with leading financial inclusion and social impact efforts.

Prior to Quona, Kristin worked with Techstars’ inaugural impact-focused accelerator program to provide hands-on support to early-stage companies focused on global social and environmental impact. She also spent 3 years managing membership services InterAction, an association of almost 200 non-profit organizations working in international development.

Kristin holds an MBA from The University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
