Mike Lantz has extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Mike is the founder of ML Talent Strategies, trueU, SRV HR, and Lucky 13 Podcast. Currently, Mike serves as the Chief People Officer at Quontic Bank. Previously, Mike held the position of Chief People Officer at DEFENDERS. Additionally, Mike founded and led LQ Performance Strategies for 10 years. Prior to that, Mike held positions at F.C. Tucker Company and USA Baseball. Mike graduated from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor's degree in Business.
