Hannah Bates has a diverse work experience in the recruitment industry. Hannah is currently the Head of Recruitment at Quora, where they manage the talent team and oversees strategic talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and employer branding. Prior to this, they were the Global Recruitment Lead at Quora, responsible for managing the team of business recruiters and hiring for remote roles.

Before joining Quora, Hannah worked as a Director at Send from 2020 to 2022. Hannah also has experience as the Technical Recruitment Director for the USA and Europe at Talent Crew, where they led major account development and relationship management in the AI/RPA sector.

Hannah's earlier experience includes roles at Roc Search, where they served as Recruitment Manager, Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, specializing in infrastructure and support recruitment. Hannah also held an Associate position at SSE Contracting (formerly Southern Electric Contracting).
