Dick Groen

Dick Groen is the founder of Quoratio and has been working in the IT industry for over 40 years. Dick started their career in the government sector before moving into the private sector in the early 1990s. Dick has held various management and HR positions over the years, including CEO of Quoratio Groep from 2000 to 2017. In 2006, they co-founded Arvode, a company that provides IT development and education services. Dick was CEO of Arvode from 2006 to 2017. Dick is currently an advisor/shareholder at Quoratio.

Dick Groen attended Hogeschool Utrecht, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in human resources development and ICT.
