Glenn M. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Glenn started their career in 1998 as an Associate and Office Manager at Northrop Consulting Engineers, where they co-established and managed the Wollongong office. Glenn worked on various commercial, residential, and industrial projects as a project lead and senior structural engineer.
In 2006, Glenn founded Cordula Consulting and served as the CEO. Glenn was responsible for business development and project management of multi-family condominium projects. This included evaluating potential development sites, raising project capital, coordinating design meetings, gaining local authorities' approval, managing construction, and reporting to stakeholders.
In 2008, Glenn co-founded MySchoolAct LLC and took on the role of COO. Glenn was in charge of generating leads with potential sponsors, creating marketing plans and campaigns, developing sales strategies, and managing social media platforms. Their efforts secured sponsorships from major companies such as Sony Music, Sony ATV, Nokia, and Xbox.
From 2010 to 2012, Glenn worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Lime Energy Co. Their responsibilities included training and managing sales staff, selling to national customers, and project managing commercial automation solutions.
Glenn joined Ensign Services in 2012 as an Executive Director for a skilled nursing facility. Their role encompassed leadership, management, and overall success of the facility. Responsibilities included family service, resident care, financial management, quality assurance, regulatory management, and business development. Glenn also played a crucial role in developing staff culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and supervising and training team members. From May 2018 to November 2021, Glenn was also Market Leader - San Diego at Ensign Services.
In 2020, Glenn became the Chief Executive Officer of CAPSTONE TRANSPORTATION, a position they held until February 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Quorum, a role they started in February 2021.
