As a Principal at Quorum Architects, Inc. since May 1992, William has played a key role in various architectural projects. Prior to this, William served as General Manager at Parker Croston Architects, Inc. from October 1987 to April 1992. William obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington, completing the program in 1972.
