Erik Damiani is an experienced financial professional with significant expertise in capital markets and business development. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Markets at Quorum Federal Credit Union since September 2013, Erik leads the Capital Markets business unit, focusing on balance sheet liquidity through strategic asset management. Previously, as a Senior Capital Markets Manager, Erik specialized in asset acquisition and growth while also excelling as a Specialty Lending Analyst, where Erik successfully collaborated with fintech companies to enhance operational efficiencies and spearheaded a $90 million consumer FinTech initiative. Erik's earlier experience as a Consultant at BPA Worldwide involved providing market research and strategic marketing advice to small and midsized businesses. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
