Joseph Santiago is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in client support and desktop engineering. Currently serving as an IT Client Support Specialist at Quorum Federal Credit Union since January 2018, Joseph has previously held roles such as Senior Desktop Support Technician at Strategic Security Computing and Senior Desktop Engineer at Jarden Corporation. Earlier experience includes positions in executive support at GE and Pfizer, as well as a Senior Desktop Analyst role at Alexion Pharmaceuticals. Joseph began a career at Pace University as a Microcomputing Support Professional and holds a BS degree from Pace University, complemented by foundational education at Cardinal Hayes High School.
