Gregory Overby

Gregory Overby has extensive work experience in finance and acquisitions. Gregory began their career as a Senior Accountant at Yeary, Howell, and Associates, CPA's from 1993 to 1996. Gregory then joined HCA as the Manager of Internal Audit from 1996 to 2001. After that, they worked at Community Health Systems as the Senior Internal Auditor from 2001 to 2003, and later became the Director of Finance and Acquisitions until 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Finance and Acquisitions at Quorum Health since 2018. Throughout their career, Gregory has focused on analyzing acquisition targets, performing due diligence procedures, and providing consultation for various acquisition activities.

Gregory Overby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tennessee Tech University - College of Business from 1985 to 1989.
