Michele Reynolds

Michele Reynolds has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michele started their career at Lutheran Hospital in 2006 as the Director of Emergency Services, where they served until 2009. Michele then joined Community Health Systems as the Director of Emergency Services until 2014, when they were promoted to Senior Director of Emergency Services. In 2015, they moved to TeamHealth as the Vice President of Operations. Michele later joined Quorum Health in 2016 and held the position of Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive until 2019, when they were promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive.

Michele Reynolds has a Master's degree in Nursing Science from Walden University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Indiana Wesleyan University, from 2008 to 2010. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science from Purdue University Fort Wayne (2003 to 2005) and an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Purdue University Fort Wayne (2001 to 2003). Michele also holds a certification in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) obtained from the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) in January 2018.
