Kathryn Portillo

Kathryn Portillo possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving in a Task Force role at Quorum Hotels & Resorts since December 2016, with significant contributions in the Food and Beverage department at the Brown Palace and Spa during holiday seasons. As a small business owner of Susie's Scrumptious Snacks since March 2013, Kathryn has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Previous positions include Catering Sales Manager at Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center from April 2015 to April 2017, Corporate Catering Sales Manager and Sales and Catering Coordinator at Remington Hotels from January 2012 to January 2015, and an internship at Remington Hotels in summer 2010. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed in 2011, and graduated from Denton Ryan High School in 2007.
