Fraser Cumming

Fraser Cumming is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Support Analyst at Quorum Network Resources Ltd since June 2022. Prior to this, Fraser worked as a Helpdesk Support Engineer at VeriCall Ltd from September 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included providing first-line technical support, managing user access, and handling service desk ticketing. Fraser also gained experience as a Student IT Technician at Fife College in November 2018, focusing on upgrading staff PCs with SSDs and ensuring network connectivity. Fraser holds a BSc in Applied Networking Technologies from Abertay University and an HND in Computing: Networking from Fife College.
